Call of Duty: Black Ops Demo E3 2010

Call of Duty: Black Ops Demo E3 2010

At Microsoft's Xbox E3 conference Activision showed off a demo of Call of Duty: Black Ops. My first impressions of it are that it is a little more intense than the previous Call of Duty games and you are more into the game.

You can watch the demo here:

Trailer here: Call of Duty: Black Ops Remix – Eminem "Won't Back Down"

rom the trailer we can see just how intense it is going to be and maybe those will be just the most intense parts of the game like previous games? I'm really hoping not. We do not know for sure, but from the demo we can see that it will be more intense than previous installments. We can only hope that Call of Duty: Black Ops steps up from the previous game and becomes even more successful.

We might not know all that will be on Call of Duty: Black Ops but we do know a few basic things like:

Our friends at commented that...

"Though Call of Duty: Black Ops' Cold War setting is a new feature for the series, one element of the game will stay true to the franchise's norms: the game's campaign will only be a single-player experience. Speaking to MTV, Treyarch studio head Mark Lamia explained, "single-player is the epic, cinematic, seat-of-your-pants thrill ride that you star in," while the game's cooperative offerings will be packaged in completely separate "unique co-op modes."

Sounds fairly reminiscent of Modern Warfare 2′s Spec Ops missions, though Lamia quickly clarified that Black Ops' co-op mode will be "different" from that of the last game in the series. Could we possibly see more zombies added to the mix? Hopefully, we'll find out more when we check out the game at E3."

Also that Xbox will have exclusive DLC all the way up to 2012

"Following up on their partnership with Modern Warfare 2, Activision and Microsoft have announced a new agreement at E3 that will make Call of Duty DLC timed Xbox exclusives for at least the next three years, until 2012. Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC will be available first on Xbox Live, with PSN and PC releases likely to follow a few months afterwards. Considering the overwhelming demand for Modern Warfare 2 DLC, this is undoubtedly a "win" for Microsoft."

As the launch comes closer to it we will be sure to know more details of the game and we will try to keep up to date with it. Between we want to call out those people that claim to have a working "Key Generator" for beta keys for Call of Duty: Black Ops it is just a lie. Do not fall for that scam, all they provide you, it is with a fake generator that has virus on it and you will be at risk. Please be careful of such scams and always look at the official sites for information pertaining beta stuff and some other information.

Remember that betas are just given to people to find out the bugs and report them not to play the game as if it was officially released, if you can't wait for it to come up replay the previous call of duty and enjoy them once again. We will let you know if we find any special events where beta keys are being given away and if they are any promos to people that pre-order they might be able to play before the others get to play the full release.

Game on!
